Eating Disorder Awareness Week (EDAW) 2025
We are excited to announce our plans for Eating Disorder Awareness Week (EDAW) 2025, which will take place from 24th February to 2nd March.
This year’s campaign, Voices of Hope, aims to shed light on the diverse experiences of those affected by eating disorders and highlight the importance of hope in the journey to recovery.
Throughout the week, our awareness stand will be travelling across Cambridgeshire, making stops at several key locations, including:
- Serpentine Green Shopping Centre, Peterborough
- Queensgate Shopping Centre, Peterborough
- University Centre Peterborough
- King’s College, Cambridge
- Stamford College, Stamford
- Cambridge & Huntingdon Regional College
At each stop, we will provide information, resources, and support to help raise awareness about eating disorders and promote the message of hope and recovery.
Online Campaign: Voices of Hope
Our online campaign will focus on showcasing the diversity of eating disorders and highlighting that this vicious illness does not discriminate. We will share different stories and perspectives to demonstrate that “Building a life to get well for is possible.”
Through these narratives, we hope to inspire and provide a sense of hope and support to those who are struggling.
Join us in raising awareness and spreading the message of hope.
Together, we can make a difference and show that recovery is possible for everyone.
Please follow us on our social media channels to stay up to date with the campaign! “
