I am the Education and Training Assistant here at PEDS and am honoured to be part of such an important organisation. My role is to aid in the creation and delivery of information regarding eating disorders, something which I am incredibly passionate about. With an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, I was introduced to eating disorders and the devastating effect of misconceptions and stigmatisation which I hope to impact throughout my time at PEDS.

Despite being born in the UK, I am a dual national and have spent some time living in Portugal to be close to my family. I enjoy sports, particularly football and have even featured in a sticker album when I was little, playing for my local team.”
