Shout London The Ashford Place Mental Health Film & Arts Festival

On 11th October 2023, Day 2 of the second Shout London - The Ashford Place Mental Health Film & Arts Festival took place - the festival was introduced in 2022.
We were very lucky to be a part of it this year. Having the opportunity to meet the organizers and talk to the artists was incredible.
Along with other great films, a CONTROL documentary was shown, a short film with PEDS Patron Michelle Collins, our co-founders, service users, and Chairman, Simon, whose daughter Emma sadly passed away due to anorexia.

PEDS Service Manager and Charity coordinator attended the festival, where they were interviewed by Festival presenter, Peter Curran, the BBC Radio 4 broadcaster. We also took part in the evening celebrations, which opened with the red carpet photoshoot.
